HAHA started as a coffee shop in the luxury neighborhood of Nişantaşı. The concept was to re-invent traditional items to fit with modern days taste.

We tried and worked with multiple kitchens, bakeries, local producers and big factories in İstanbul. All of which, failed to develop or offer the dream product. So we invested and opened our own boutique bakery in Beykoz area.

The primary aim was to create our dream patisseries and croissant selection. Then we realized that İstanbul market is in desperate need for a perfect and convenient product. And that our previous struggle is a common struggle in the country for F&B businesses.

HAHA CREATIVE KITCHEN, was born out of necessity and is structured to be a solution based service.

We act as an infrastructure to help food brands scale without sacrificing huge investment, flavour, consistency, or even brand identity.
